Why You’re So Tired — And Why No One Has Given You a Real Answer Yet

If you’ve been waking up tired…
Or feeling foggy by 2 pm…
Or wondering why your body can’t seem to keep up with your life anymore…

You’re not alone — and more importantly, it’s not your fault.

I see this every single day in clinic: smart, capable women (and some men too!) who are doing all the “right” things… yet they’re still dragging themselves through the day with heavy limbs, a foggy brain, and a nervous system that feels frayed at the edges.

And here’s the truth most people never get told:

Fatigue is not random. It has a cause.
Usually more than one.
And your body has been whispering clues for a long time.

Recently, I created something special to help you decode those clues — a clear, practical way to work out why you’re so tired, and what your symptoms are really trying to tell you.

Before I tell you about that, let me share the three most common (and most overlooked) reasons behind chronic tiredness.

1. Poor Digestion Means Poor Energy

Your gut isn’t just about food — it’s your nutrient-absorption powerhouse.
If you’re feeling bloated, full for hours, constantly burping or reacting to foods, or if your stools are… unpredictable — this could be the root of your low energy.

Why?
Because if your gut isn’t breaking food down properly, your cells never receive the nutrients they need to make energy.

And yes — this can leave you exhausted even if you’re eating well.

You’ll see this clearly in the first checklist inside the new bundle, where symptoms like reflux, bloating and tiredness after meals can point to sluggish digestion.

2. An Overloaded Liver = Low Motivation, Weight Gain & Afternoon Slumps

Your liver is your biochemical workhorse.
When it gets overwhelmed (hello, stress, hormones, processed foods, alcohol, medications), it stops clearing toxins efficiently… and you start feeling it.

Dark circles, itchy skin, fluid retention, sugar cravings, irritability, PMS, stubborn weight around the middle — these aren’t random symptoms. They are signs your liver is waving a little flag asking for support.

So many women tell me, “I’m doing everything I can but nothing is shifting.”
And nine times out of ten… we find the answer here.

3. The Most Common Culprit: Adrenal Fatigue

This one breaks my heart, because it’s everywhere.

If you’re wired at night, sluggish in the morning, craving sugar just to stay upright, feeling dizzy when you stand, snapping at people you love, or struggling with anxiety or overwhelm…

Your adrenals might be saying, “Enough.”

This is what happens when stress has been running the show for too long.
Your body can’t run on cortisol forever — something wears down, and fatigue is the warning sign.

This is also one of the biggest reasons women can’t lose weight despite “doing all the right things.” When your stress hormones hijack the system, metabolism slows… and energy follows.

If you’re thinking, ‘This is me,’ then you’re exactly who
I created my new resource for.

After years of supporting women through digestion issues, liver overload, and adrenal burnout, I wanted to give you something simple, clear and instantly helpful — a way to finally understand what your body has been trying to tell you.

So I’ve put together a brand-new resource:

  • 3 clear checklists
  • Gut → Liver → Adrenal patterns
  • Easy scoring system
  • Helps you pinpoint your fatigue type in minutes
  • Gives you practical direction so you know where to start

It’s the exact process I use in clinic to fast-track clarity for my clients — and now you can use it at home.

This is for you if you’re tired of guessing… tired of pushing… tired of being told your blood tests are “fine” while you still feel exhausted.

Because you deserve answers.
And you deserve to feel like you again.

If you’ve been searching for clarity — this will give you the insight you’ve been missing.
And if you’re craving deeper support after you’ve gone through it, you’ll know exactly which part of your body needs love first.

This is where healing begins.
And I’m right here walking it with you.

This is how gut microbes can influence weight!

Probiotics can help you gain weight or lose weight by interacting with our genetics, food and metabolism.

And yes, I did say lose or gain weight……..

Firstly, let me explain that the trillions of microbes in the gut need to be varied, meaning that there should be a large variety of species. There are many different species (or breeds) of microbes, and they all have their place in aiding health — the more variety and balance, the better health results.

Back to the weight loss or weight gain issue….

Do you eat yogurt and berries for breakfast? Thinking that it’s helping you lose weight?

Well, Lactobacillus acidophilus (like the species found in yoghurt) has been connected to weight gain.

I am not saying throw your yoghurt and berries in the bin. Instead, I am suggesting looking at the overall picture. If Lactobacillus acidophilus is the predominant micro-organism of the gut, then weight gain can result.

It is about the variety of species of gut microbes. Imagine if we only have trained german shepherd guard dogs in the world. It may be a safe world, but I am sure that other breeds may be more suitable as a family pet.

While Lactobacillus acidophilus is associated with weight gain, other Lactobacillus species correlate with weight loss.

Species like Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus gasseri, and Bifidobacteria animalis have been found to support weight loss.

Want to lose weight?

Look at your gut flora to support your goal.

Tests can be performed to identify the predominant species of the gut, and specific species can be utilised to support weight changes.
