Hey there, lovely mums! I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to share a little bit about myself. I understand the unique challenges of being a busy mum. I am mum to 2 beautiful kids under 15yo, a dog and a bird. I wear multiple hats every day. 

As the sole income provider and the “mum-taxi” for my family, I know what it’s like to constantly be on the go. On top of that, I’ve been running a thriving naturopathic clinic for the past 26 years. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health. 

Now, l’ll let you in on a secret….. I’m not exactly a culinary mastermind, I wasn’t born with culinary cooking skills to whip something up from nothing in the kitchen. Cooking has never been my strongest suit, but here’s where my passion for health comes into play. I am fiercely passionate about providing my kids with the best possible nutrition, and I know many of you feel the same way. 

But guess what? I totally get it. Time and energy are in short supply. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to develop a solution that works for busy mums like us. With my expertise in naturopathy and biochemistry and my understanding of the challenges we face, I’ve created a service that will make healthy meal planning and preparation a breeze.
