But it is more than that for me….
My mission is to help change the scope of modern women so this generation and future generations no longer struggle with fatigue, stress and weight issues.
There is much information on the internet about health; some is awesome, but some is not true….
This led me to create a new project…..
This project has been in the making for a while, but I am pleased to announce its release and I cant wait to share it with you!
Let me give you a bit of backstory on how this project came to be…
For those who don’t know, I’ve been a Naturopath, Biochemist, and Microbiologist for 30 years, and I genuinely love my work. Helping clients achieve their health goals is my passion.
Whether it is regaining energy, overcoming brain fog, kicking sugar cravings, or reaching their optimal weight, I’m here to help.
I enjoy working with clients and educating them, empowering them to take control of their health.
One thing I’ve noticed missing for many years is a reliable source of information. Without the right information, we can’t make educated decisions about our health or other aspects of life.
When we have accurate information, we can make decisions and strategies that move us toward our goals, whether related to health, life, work, or otherwise.
In my sphere, it’s about health, and I love what I do because I love seeing the positive changes in my clients.
Over the years, I’ve seen clients struggle with fatigue, stress, weight issues, hormonal imbalances, irregular periods, menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, sleep problems, brain fog, chronic pain, and autoimmune conditions.
I’m happy to say I love helping clients achieve their health goals, whether it’s getting back to living their best life or having those “aha” moments that lead to lasting changes for themselves and their families.
Part of my role as a naturopath is to educate about key health concepts that are often not readily available.
These concepts are not typically taught in primary or secondary schools.
We’re not taught how to eat healthily or take control of our health as we should.
General practitioners often don’t have the time to explain these concepts in detail.
This has created a void where vital health information is missing.
Over the past 30 years, I’ve seen an increase in the availability of information online, which has benefited many of my clients.
However, the issue with online information is that there’s a lot of misinformation out there.
Not all of it is based on scientific or practical research, and it can take hours to sift through various sites to determine what is accurate and relevant.
To address this, I’ve made it my mission to create a platform that provides correct information so you can understand and take control of your health.
I always say it’s like putting you back in the driver’s seat of your health bus.
With accurate scientific information, you can improve your health, boost your energy, live life to the fullest, enjoy better quality sleep, achieve your optimum weight, balance your hormones, reduce brain fog, manage stress, and curb sugar cravings.

This is how gut microbes can influence weight!
Probiotics can help you gain weight or lose weight by interacting with our genetics, food and metabolism.
And yes, I did say lose or gain weight……..
Firstly, let me explain that the trillions of microbes in the gut need to be varied, meaning that there should be a large variety of species. There are many different species (or breeds) of microbes, and they all have their place in aiding health — the more variety and balance, the better health results.
Back to the weight loss or weight gain issue….
Do you eat yogurt and berries for breakfast? Thinking that it’s helping you lose weight?
Well, Lactobacillus acidophilus (like the species found in yoghurt) has been connected to weight gain.
I am not saying throw your yoghurt and berries in the bin. Instead, I am suggesting looking at the overall picture. If Lactobacillus acidophilus is the predominant micro-organism of the gut, then weight gain can result.
It is about the variety of species of gut microbes. Imagine if we only have trained german shepherd guard dogs in the world. It may be a safe world, but I am sure that other breeds may be more suitable as a family pet.
While Lactobacillus acidophilus is associated with weight gain, other Lactobacillus species correlate with weight loss.
Species like Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus gasseri, and Bifidobacteria animalis have been found to support weight loss.

Look at your gut flora to support your goal.
Tests can be performed to identify the predominant species of the gut, and specific species can be utilised to support weight changes.
